New General Manager to Hydroline Stargard Business Unit

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Grzegorz Zalewski has been appointed as General Manager of Hydroline Poland, effective August 1, 2026.

Grzegorz joins Hydroline from GE Aerospace companies Barnes Aerospace and Unison Engine Components. He brings extensive experience in operational transformations and business performance improvement and is known for his fact-based, structured and ambitious leadership style.

At the same time, Grzegorz will join the Hydroline Group Leadership Team.
Jussi Maksimainen, current Managing Director of Hydroline Poland, will continue supporting the Polish business unit through selected projects before transitioning to Group-level development initiatives. He will continue as a member of the Group Leadership Team, reporting to CEO Jan Mattlin.

As of August 1, the Hydroline Group Leadership Team will consist of Jan Mattlin, Joonas Ekholm, Mikko Laakkonen, Tomi Savinainen, Jussi Maksimainen, Manu Leinonen and Grzegorz Zalewski.
