Gabriela Łuczak appointed as Hydroline’s first ESG Manager
Gabriela Łuczak Appointed as Hydroline’s First ESG Manager starting from January 1, 2025
Hydroline is proud to announce that Gabriela Łuczak, the former Quality Manager of our Poland factory, has stepped into a pioneering role as the company’s first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Manager, in January 1, 2025.
With a strong academic foundation in Sustainability Management from the Wrocław University of Economics, Gabriela brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience our organization’s new position. Her unique blend of expertise in quality management and sustainability positions her to lead Hydroline’s ESG strategy on a global scale.
Gabriela shared her enthusiasm for the new role, emphasizing the broad impact ESG initiatives can have across industries and communities:
“What excites me most about this role is the wide-reaching impact it has across the entire supply chain—from working with our suppliers in Europe and Asia to ensuring the sustainability of our products for our globally operating customers. It’s a unique opportunity to influence everything from environmental impact and social responsibility to corporate governance on a global scale.”
She further highlighted the importance of ESG in today’s business environment:
“Protecting the planet’s ecosystems and natural resources is essential—not only for the environment but also for the well-being of communities worldwide. Addressing these concerns and integrating them into our business practices is at the heart of my work. Every action counts, and I’m eager to contribute to a more sustainable and responsible future.”
Gabriela’s forward-thinking approach is backed by her ongoing involvement in key ESG projects, including a Dual Materiality Assessment and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project in partnership with PwC. In addition, she has pursued specialized training in carbon footprint calculation, sustainability reporting, and design thinking.
Gabriela’s passion for innovative problem-solving is evident in her leadership of workshops focused on creative solutions:
“Lately, I’ve been exploring ways to make complex ideas more engaging through visual tools like sketchnoting and flipchart design. These methods are powerful for fostering collaboration and helping teams visualize solutions that drive real change.”
We at Hydroline are confident that Gabriela’s leadership will play a crucial role in advancing our sustainability goals and reinforcing our commitment to responsible business practices. We are thrilled to embark on this next chapter with her at the helm of our ESG initiatives!
Stay tuned for updates on Hydroline’s ESG journey as Gabriela begins this exciting new role!
