Hydroline’s CNC Operator Recruitment Training Program

Hydroline’s CNC Operator recruitment training program is starting from February 23, 2026.

To strengthen the future workforce and ensure long-term operational excellence, Hydroline has initiated a recruitment training program for CNC operators. This strategic initiative addresses an immediate demand for skilled professionals while proactively preparing for several anticipated retirement in the coming years.

The 60-day training program is organized in cooperation with Savon Ammattiopisto from 23.2. – 21.5. The training program includes 20 days of classroom learning and 40 days of on-the-job training, where participants will acquire theoretical knowledge as well as hands-on-experience in a real production environment. Out of 144 applications, 6 motivated and committed individuals have been selected and are starting their education from 23.2.

Following successful completion of the program, participants are intended to be offered full time employment at Hydroline.
