Hydroline has modern production facilities in Finland and Poland
We oversee the production process from design to delivery. Our production team oversees the production process in real-time. During the assembly phase, all products are visually inspected, effectively flushed clean and pressure tested with hydraulic oil. The 3D design and strength calculations we use in the manufactured products are done by using our state-of-the-art design programs.

Our Vuorela factory has remained at the same place since 1984. Since then, the company has grown and the facilities have grown along. You can see and feel the history inside these walls. Learn more about our story here. The factory is designed in a way that the material streams through the production from one end to another. The warehouse and part manufacturing are in the beginning, they are followed by our tube and rod cells after which the products go to assembly. The assembled cylinders are finalized in the paint shop and packed in the dispatch after which they are ready for delivery. Learn more about our custom-made cylinders here.
Our Vuorela factory’s current factory space is up to 14 500 square meters. The world’s first fully automated production line for hydraulic cylinder tubes and rods was built to our Vuorela factory in 2019. This production line enables us to serve you faster and has significantly increased our production capacity. In Vuorela: High mix – low volume production.
In Vuorela, we manufacture approximately 120 000 cylinders annually with 1 500 different items in production.
Our global presence includes a second production plant in Stargard, Poland. A completely new factory was built during 2019 and the facilities were taken into use in August 2019. Stargard is an ideal location as it has fast connections to the biggest cities not only in Poland but also Germany and rest of the Europe. Our brand new factory offers spacious and modern production facilities that are designed specifically to our needs. We have invested to new, modern machines which will increase our efficiency and safety.
In Stargard: Low mix-high volume production.
Our Stargard factory manufactures about 20 000 cylinders annually with 100 different items in production.
